"Mom, will you teach me to make omelets?"

Christen says that when she grows up she is going to have a gluten free restaurant where I can eat anything on the menu! It breaks her heart when I can't eat something that I love.

Anyhow, she loves to chop, cook, stir, saute, and to serve. I told her that when you prepare food for others and serve them from your heart you are showing love and serving God at the same time. . .making cooking and serving even more fun. Now Christen is becoming an omelet expert. She made omelets and served all of us this morning with just a little help here and there from "mom". There was defineatly a serving of love in each and every omelet.
